We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated near public transport, shops, and restaurants. Cleanliness was also impressive, especially the well-maintained rooms. Additionally, the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff was appreciated.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around the city. I appreciated that it was well-connected to the main tourist attractions. the staff at the reception were very welcoming and willing to help with anything they could.
Not everything about my stay was positive. The bathroom was not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room, which was especially concerning since I had requested a non-smoking room.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a minute's walk to the metro and bus stations which made it easy to get around. the breakfast was good and provided a variety of options to choose from. to this, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.
My room was not soundproof and I could hear noise from the street which made sleeping challenging. the air conditioning system was not working well, leaving the room feeling warm and stuffy.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. Guests can easily access the Yenikapi ferry station to visit Bursa or Yalova. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with helpful and friendly staff available at all times. the breakfast is delicious and there are facilities available to relax on site.
The cleaning of facilities could be improved to maintain a higher level of cleanliness.

The hotel is clean and comfy, with helpful and friendly staff. Great location and nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. One of my favorite hotels in Istanbul!
